What is your return policy?

• Changed your mind? No worries! House of Desire accepts returns of unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with tags still attached to the garment within 30 days of delivery. House of Desire reserves the right to refuse returned items that do not meet acceptable hygiene standards. Returns not meeting this standard will not be refunded or returned. All single panties, panty packs, gift cards and Final Sale items are non-returnable.
